    Diamond Infrastructure Assets – USGC for Suppliers

    On May 2, 2025, Dow Inc. (NYSE: DOW) announced their strategic partnership with Macquarie Asset Management as an investor in Diamond Infrastructure Solutions, its dedicated infrastructure company focused on select assets along the U.S. Gulf Coast. Diamond Infrastructure Solutions (“Diamond”) is initiating updates to its transactional processes for certain legal entities doing business in Freeport, Seadrift, and Texas City, Texas, as well as Plaquemine and St. Charles, Louisiana. Among the Diamond legal entities implementing such changes are those listed below:

    • Dow Hydrocarbons and Resources LLC
    • Dow Pipeline, LLC
    • Seadrift Pipeline
