Paid time off to promote employee volunteering
At Dow, we have a global Volunteer and Employee Resource Group (ERG) Participation Policy, giving our team paid time off to serve community organizations and engage in ERG activities.
#PullingOurWeight to address waste in the environment
This global program engages Team Dow, business partners and communities in cleanup efforts and education. In 2025, more than 10,500 Dow employees, families, customers and others participated in 140 cleanups, collections, educational opportunities and transformation events. Throughout eight years of efforts,Team Dow has removed more than 1,043 metric tons of waste from the environment.
