Supporting equity and inclusion on MLK Day
As part of Dow ACTs, we encourage Team Dow to transform the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday into a day “on” by reflecting on events that have shaped our history and giving back to others.
Paid time off to promote employee volunteering
A few years ago we launched our global Volunteer and Employee Resource Group (ERG) Participation Policy, giving our team paid time off to serve community organizations and engage in ERG activities.
#PullingOurWeight to address waste in the environment
This global program engages Team Dow, business partners and communities in cleanup efforts and education. Some 9,000 Dow employees, family, customers and others participated worldwide in 2023.
