Our ongoing United Way partnership helps more people access basic needs and unlocks opportunities in Dow communities, specifically in Latin America and North America.
Across North America in 2024, more than 4,200 Team Dow colleagues pledged $3.06 million in our annual workplace giving campaign to support more than 500 nonprofit, community-centered and locally-led organizations.
Our ALL IN ERG Fund harnesses the passion and perspective of our 10 employee resource groups, collaborating with community organizations to tackle the greatest inclusion needs.
Since the fund launched in 2019, we have committed $1.8 million to support 79 projects in 29 countries worldwide.

Our Employee Relief Fund, powered by E4E Relief, surpassed $1 million in emergency financial aid since its launch in 2021 - supporting more than 1,500 employees and their families across Argentina, India, South Africa, Ukraine, and the United States to date.
Dow ACTs (Advocacy, Community and Talent) is a bold framework designed to address systemic racism and inequality within our company and in the communities where we live and work.
We help accelerate positive change through grants and gift-in-kind donations, collaborations with non-profits and other partners, and supporting our team through volunteer and community efforts.
