Our ongoing United Way partnership helps more people access basic needs and unlocks opportunities in Dow communities, specifically in Latin America and North America.
Across North America in 2023, Team Dow colleagues pledged $3.3 million in our annual workplace giving campaign to support 570 community-centered and locally-led organizations.
Our ALL IN ERG Fund harnesses the passion and perspective of our 10 employee resource groups, collaborating with community organizations to tackle the greatest inclusion, diversity and equity needs.
Since the fund launched in 2019, we have committed $1.45 million to support 66 ALL IN ERG projects in 26 countries worldwide.
