From necessities to greater opportunities
Our ongoing United Way partnership helps more people access basic needs and unlocks opportunities in Dow communities, specifically in Latin America and North America.
Across North America in 2025, more than 3,200 Team Dow colleagues pledged $2.8 million in our annual workplace giving campaign to support more than 525 nonprofit, community-centered and locally-led organizations.
Increased inclusion: We’re all in
Our ALL IN ERG Fund harnesses the passion and perspective of our 10 employee resource groups, collaborating with community organizations to tackle the greatest inclusion needs.
Since the fund launched in 2019, we have supported 88 projects across 30 countries worldwide.
Building Resilient Communities Through Disaster Preparedness, Relief and Recovery
Dow partners with local organizations and supports employees in disaster response efforts to help communities prepare for, respond to, and recover from natural disasters and humanitarian crises.
To help reduce the impact of disasters affecting the communities where we operate and the colleagues who live and work there, in 2025, we:
- Continued recovery support in Bahía Blanca, Argentina, following severe storms in December 2023 and March 2025
- Launched Painting Türkiye Bright Again, a Business Impact Fund initiative with Betek (Nippon Paint) and NGO Ahbap, offering job training, employment, and community restoration for long-term recovery after the 2023 Türkiye Syria earthquakes.
- Partnered with Good360 to provide inkind support in response to wildfires in California and storms and flooding in Kentucky and Florida
- Delivered targeted relief support following wildfires in Korea, flooding in Thailand, and storms in Argentina
- Supported Team Rubicon deployments, alongside Dow’s Veterans Resource Group (VETNET), in Georgia, Louisiana, Michigan, and Texas
In addition, Dow’s Employee Relief Fund, powered by E4E Relief, has surpassed $1.1 million in emergency financial assistance since its launch in 2021 — supporting more than 1,700 employees and their families across Argentina, India, South Africa, Ukraine, and the U.S.
