Equal Opportunity Report (EEO-1)

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission requires U.S.-based companies that have at least 100 employees to provide U.S.-based workforce data. While the EEO-1 report is limited in scope and does not include our global workforce information, we believe transparency is key to advancing inclusion, diversity and equity.

The data provided in our 2023 INtersections Progress Report is a more comprehensive reflection of our progress and serves to hold us accountable to our commitments.

Our current Federal Employer Information EEO-1 data represents data on December 31, 2022.
