Inclusion, Diversity and Equity

Our commitment to advancing inclusion, diversity and equity drives us to build a team that reflects the communities where we live and work—and helps establish a culture where everyone can grow and thrive. What’s more, bringing unique perspectives to the table helps us create innovative solutions for a more sustainable world.

Our approach

We recognize today’s challenges demand diverse approaches, innovative thinking and deep collaborations. We’re building teams that reflect the world we serve and create spaces where every employee can contribute fully.

Our approach is grounded in respect, informed by data and focused on outcomes. We’re not chasing trends—we’re investing in people, partnerships and progress that endure.

We’re leading with inclusion and leaning into impact—because when we do, we unlock the full potential of our business and our communities.

Equal Opportunity Report (EEO-1)

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission requires U.S.-based companies that have at least 100 employees to provide U.S.-based workforce data. While the EEO-1 report is limited in scope and does not include our global workforce information, we believe transparency is key to advancing inclusion, diversity and equity.

The data provided in our 2023 INtersections Progress Report is a more comprehensive reflection of our progress and serves to hold us accountable to our commitments.

Our current Federal Employer Information EEO-1 data represents data on December 31, 2023.
