We follow the Global Reporting Initiative framework as well as the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact. Our reporting is prepared in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Comprehensive Option. It’s also third-party verified and reflects our commitment to continuous improvement, leadership and transparency.

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission requires U.S.-based companies that have at least 100 employees to provide U.S.-based workforce data.

While the EEO-1 report is limited in scope and does not include our global workforce information, we believe transparency is key to advancing inclusion, diversity and equity.
