(NYSE: DOW) announced it reached an agreement with Arkema, a leader in specialty materials, outlining the intention to divest its Laminating Adhesives business, part of the Packaging & Specialty Plastics portfolio. The scope of the divestiture includes the associated business segment and manufacturing sites at Ringwood and Elk Grove, Illinois, USA; Mozzate and Parona, Italy; and Toluca, México.
