Brand Manager and Sustainability Lead, Nestlé Nutrition North America (Gerber)
Sina Hilbert is the Brand Manager and Sustainability Lead at Gerber, where she works across teams to elevate and amplify Gerber’s commitment to sustainability.
That includes setting new industry standards for responsible packaging through innovative product design, as well as promoting Gerber's responsible agriculture and supply chain practices. Sina continues to be a key figure as Gerber works to achieve its goal of making 100% of its packaging recyclable or reusable by 2025 and was instrumental in the development of Gerber’s IncrediPouch™, the first-to-market, single-material baby food pouch designed to promote a circular economy for plastics.
