Dow named among the PEOPLE® Companies that Care for 6th consecutive year

MIDLAND, Mich. – Aug. 20, 2025 – Dow (NYSE: DOW) has been recognized as one of the 2025 PEOPLE® Companies that Care, presented by Great Place To Work® and PEOPLE magazine. This marks the sixth consecutive year for the achievement, with Dow moving up considerably from #82 in 2024 to #33 this year.

“This recognition reflects the voices of our employees and highlights Dow’s commitment to advancing innovation and excellence in everything we do," said Jim Fitterling, Dow chair and CEO. "It’s a meaningful reminder of what drives our company forward—our people. I’m proud of this recognition and every member of Team Dow who earned this honor through their dedication to our work, to each other, and to the communities in which we operate.”

This highly competitive list is based on survey responses that reflect a comprehensive picture of the workplace experience. Honorees were selected based on their ability to care for employees, families and the communities where they operate.

"This honor is a testament to our shared commitment, and to the everyday acts of care, integrity, and innovation that define Team Dow,” said Alveda Williams, Ph.D., Dow’s chief inclusion officer. "Whether it’s our global parental leave, top-quartile safety performance or paid time off to volunteer in the community, we know engaged employees are better positioned to help shape Dow’s future."

The PEOPLE Companies that Care list is based on more than 1.3 million employee survey responses and data from companies representing the experience of more than 8.4 million employees. Of those surveys, more than 1 million responses came from employees at companies eligible for this year’s list, offering a powerful snapshot of what truly matters to the workforce. "Witnessing the innovative spirit with which these companies invest in their employees, communities, and the world is truly invigorating," says Charlotte Triggs, PEOPLE GM and editor-in-chief. "Their commitment reflects our mission, to feature what happens when ordinary people do extraordinary work."
