Speakers: Izabel Assis has been a professional in the Chemical Industry for more than 20 years with experience in several functions, including supply chain, manufacturing, and the commercial space in the North and Latin America regions. She is currently the Global Product Director in the Dow Industrial Solutions business and is based in Midland, Michigan. Izabel is very active in the Midland community, she is the co-chair for Hispanic & Latin Network, one of Dow’s notorious Employee Resource Groups, and is also a member of Midland City Inclusion Council and the American Chemistry Council (ACC).
