Andre Argenton (Chairman 2022) is Dow’s chief sustainability officer and vice president of Environment, Health and Safety (EH&S). He is responsible for corporate EH&S governance and sustainability. He has served on several academic advisory boards; and today, some of his external focus includes University of Michigan Department of Chemical Engineering, Liquid Sunlight Alliance, University of Michigan Erb Institute and the NYSE Sustainability Advisory Council.

Scott Belanger (Joined 2021) is an internationally recognized scientist in the fields of Environmental Safety and Sustainability. He retired from Procter & Gamble’s Corporate Global Product Stewardship Capability Organization in 2020, where he led P&G’s overall safety research programs and environmental toxicology function.

Shannon Bouton (Joined 2024) is the President and CEO for Delterra. Shannon is a scientist, environmentalist, and business strategist, who has dedicated her career to creating a more sustainable future for people and planet. As the CEO of Delterra, Shannon spearheads the organization’s vision to have lasting and substantial impact on complex sustainability challenges. Shannon previously worked at McKinsey & Company where she helped to build the Sustainability Practice and holds a PhD in Conservation
Biology from the University of Michigan.

Chris Greig (Joined 2024) is the Theodora D. ’78 & William H. Walton III ’74 Senior Research Scientist in the Andlinger Center for Energy and the Environment at Princeton University. An entrepreneur and former CEO with extensive industry experience, Grieg conceived the Rapid Switch Initiative, a major international, interdisciplinary research effort that aims to accelerate progress on climate change by identifying and resolving the critical bottlenecks that slow our progress towards deep decarbonization.

Rob Kaplan (Joined 2024) is the Founder and CEO of Circulate Capital, the leading circular economy investment management firm in high-growth markets. He established Circulate Capital in 2018 to invest in partnership with global brands and institutional investors into solutions that deliver financial returns, advance the circular economy, fight climate change, and prevent the flow of plastic waste into the ocean.

Changhua Wu (Joined 2016) is the Chair of the Governing Council of the Asia Pacific Water Forum, the China Director of the Office of Jeremy Rifkin, and the Global Senior Fellow of the Institute of Public and Environmental Affairs of China. A policy analyst specialized in sustainability, water security and climate resilience, clean energy transition,
and corporate disclosure and transparency, she works closely with leaders in both public and private sector to advance sustainability strategy and innovation. Changhua has been an environment and development policy analyst for over 25 years.

Terry F. Yosie (Joined 2018) is the former President & CEO of the World Environment Center. He previously served as a senior official at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, American Chemistry Council, American Petroleum Institute and was a member of the National Academies’ Board on Environmental Studies and Toxicology and numerous other Academy panels. He is a member of the Sustainability Advisory Council of Trane Technologies and author of over 80 professional publications.
