United Way Mexico was a key supporter of our “Give Your School a Hand” project. Through Dow’s Business Impact Fund, Team Dow successfully activated volunteers to prepare and clean walls, repair cracks, and apply sealant and Berel paint powered by Dow's acrylic emulsion technology.
The annual Dow Workplace Giving campaign offers our team a unique opportunity to understand and take action on the significant and complex issues impacting our communities. In 2024, thousands of colleagues volunteered their time, engaged with nonprofits and donated millions dollars to create meaningful impact.

The Eztli Project, a shared value initiative between Hulsi, Smurfit-Westrock, Dow, Mexfam, and United Way Mexico focuses on fostering awareness about menstrual hygiene needs, connecting Dow’s silicone innovation in menstrual cups, developing educational campaigns, and creating health information initiatives. In 2024, this initiative helped address period poverty in Mexico by providing 80,000 silicone menstrual cups to women in vulnerable situations.

Working alongside United Way of Bucks County in Pennsylvania and local community organizations, Dow provided funding and ongoing volunteer support for the Healthy Eating and Living Partnership (HELP) Center. The center provides free, essential cleaning and personal hygiene supplies to fill the gap for local families in need.

We hosted United Way at Dow Diamond to kick off their annual campaign alongside 150 neighbors. Volunteers built 1,750 chili meal kits to be shared with the community through 12 of United Way's partner agencies.

111 volunteers from Team Dow volunteered with United Way where we worked on 12 projects supporting 10 community agencies. Together, the positive impact we have on our community is limitless.
