Handle product imports/exports and ensure compliance with Customs and international regulations.

Supply Chain Site Services

Provide site transportation safety and security management, product packing and container loading, terminal and warehouse selection and management, and inventory management.

Supply Chain Business Processes

Work with Dow businesses to help them achieve supply chain performance objectives. Assist with planning and scheduling, material data coding, handling customer complaints (including full resolution), and delivering customer supply chain data and analysis.

Supply Chain Consulting Jobs

Identify supply chain opportunities for Dow businesses, develop implementation plans and deliverables to achieve desired results, and maintain continuous management with on-demand support personnel.

Supply Chain internships and co-op programs

Dow is looking for highly motivated and passionate individuals to fill positions within the Supply Chain organization, where you can learn, develop, collaborate, and build relationships in a diverse and global environment. At Dow, co-ops and interns are an important part of the team. Dow’s Supply Chain function provides project experiences such as designing or optimizing distribution networks, implementing supply and demand management improvements, and/or supporting logistics and purchasing operations.

Supply Chain internship program details:

  • Internship duration is three months, from May–August
  • Co-op duration is a minimum of 1 academic year
  • Potential project areas include supply chain management, logistics, innovation, business improvements, and purchasing

Internship & Co-op qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, supply chain, or logistics
  • Excellent interpersonal and critical thinking skills
  • High degree of initiative
  • Proven ability to work in an inclusive and diverse culture

Supply Chain Rotational Program

The Supply Chain Rotational Program (SCRP) provides candidates with the opportunity to gain exposure and work experience in two different types of areas within the Supply Chain organization.

Supply Chain Rotational Program Details:

  • Experience rotation assignments that provide the ability to explore the various aspects of Supply Chain, Innovation, and Purchasing
  • Duration of the program is 2 years (2 one-year assignments)
  • Learn best practices and processes that help you develop your skills and critical competencies for a successful career at Dow
  • Develop meaningful professional and personal networks throughout the program
  • At the end of the rotational program, you will have the opportunity to transition into one of the Supply Chain areas

Who We Are Looking for

  • Graduates with a Bachelor‘s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields
  • APICS Certification is beneficial

Assignments During the Rotational Program

Each assignment varies depending on the interests of the individual and the needs of the organization. Possible assignments include roles in logistics, supply chain planning, and scheduling, purchasing services, manufacturing operations, innovation, and work process enhancements.
