Dow has an exciting opportunity for a motivated account manager for Mobility and Transportation (M&T) market in Dow Consumer Solutions (DCS) business, located in China. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and new business development in Mobility Intelligence applications, expanding our footprint and contributing to business growth. This role requires a strong business developer who has a growth mindset and the influencing skills to engage with automotive OEMs and tiers.
Responsibilities:
• Develops new opportunities in alignment with marketing strategies at new target customers (OEMs, Tiers)
• Manages target growth account portfolio, prepares and delivers account plans.
• Collects and utilizes market intelligence to shape sales/marketing plan.
• Leverages customer intimacy, identify customers' unmet needs and deliver new products innovation through collaboration with other functions' stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 10 years' work experience in silicone/chemical/automotive industry as commercial or technical
Your Skills:
• Good communication skill and ability to build networks inside/outside company
• Strong initiative, ownership, accountability, passion and proactive working attitude
• Strong analytical thinking, applies experience, knowledge to resolve issues
• Strong passion to understand application, customer unmet needs and technical value proposition to grow the M&T market
• Good commercial acumen
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin
• Willing to travel (domestic)
