As a Product Material Requisition Process Specialist / Marketing Specialist with customer-centric mindset to join Dow Consumer Solutions Business Digital team you will pay a key role in one of Dow’s ambitions in wanting to be the most ‘customer centric’ material science company, You will be utilizing Digital to make our customers journey through the various digital touchpoints, the most ‘easy, effective and enjoyable’.
You will be an experienced project manager who is skillful in stakeholders' management and takes ownership and accountability in your work, proactive in issues resolution and takes lead to improve existing process, ensuring your internal customers' demands are met on timely basis. You are meticulous, detail-oriented, with strong analytical and critical thinking skills. You are an independent worker who excels as an effective team player, consistently willing to go above and beyond to assist the team or stakeholders. You adeptly navigate through complex processes and systems to ensure timely delivery that meets business requirements. You will be part of a centralized Digital Support team and will be the expertise and the operational support person for Product Material Requisition process and system, or other digital tools/applications as required by the business.
Core Responsibilities:
Work with the regional teams on new material and product creations, extensions, and changes in SAP to ensure the business can manage material/product needs around innovation and market alignment
Continuously identify and lead improvements in work processes.
Conduct training sessions for users to understand product material requisition process and tool.
Work with functional and business teams to develop data and analytics views, including building dashboards to draw insights for continuous improvements.
Bridge regional business teams with digital and technology, collate the digital requirements and issues from the regional team and helping them understand available tools and systems to enhance workflows and boost productivity.
Qualification and Experience
Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
Your skills:
Possesses experience in project and stakeholder management across regions, demonstrating the capability to manage tasks and workflows across diverse stakeholder groups. Exhibits proficiency in organizing and completing work through effective communication, soft influence, and work championing.
Proven experience in internal/external customer service, support or relevant role, including strong listening, verbal and written communication.
Proven experience in process management and SAP with a track record of improving processes. Adaptable in implementing new procedures for excellent internal stakeholder service.
Proficient in operating computer systems (SAP, Microsoft Office). Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Query Design, or Low Code analytics is a plus.
Fluent in English and able to work across time zones. Ability to work on own and as part of a diverse, multicultural team in an international environment.
Resistance to stress and proven ability to manage a complex workload with effective prioritization of activities and accuracy with work.
