Apprentices work for Dow, earning competitive wages and full college tuition while gaining specialized training in one of Dow's most in-demand manufacturing specialties to enhance their marketability for future rewarding manufacturing roles.

We collaborate with local community and technical schools to combine classroom training with hands-on learning. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship program, apprentices will be evaluated for full-time employment opportunities at Dow.
