    Why should you consider an apprenticeship as a career pathway?

    Apprenticeships provide a practical and rewarding route to long-term careers without the need for a four-year degree. They offer hands-on job experience, specialized training, and classroom instruction, all while earning a salary. Apprenticeships equip individuals with the essential skills and knowledge for career advancement in their chosen field.

    Dow Apprenticeship Program benefits include:

    • Salary with competitive pay
    • Full college tuition including books and fees
    • Paid holidays and vacation
    • Medical insurance
    • 401k plan (after 12 months of service)

    Working as an apprentice at Dow

    Apprentices work for Dow, earning competitive wages and full college tuition while gaining specialized training in one of North America's most in-demand manufacturing specialties to enhance their marketability for future rewarding manufacturing roles.

    We collaborate with local community and technical colleges to combine classroom training with hands-on learning. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship program, apprentices will be evaluated for full-time employment opportunities at Dow.
