We will review your profile and any attachments you provide against our job requirements. Candidates that best fit with the position may be asked to participate in a phone screen, allowing us to obtain more information about you. This will also be an opportunity for you to assess Dow's fit for you.
If you're invited for an interview, we will provide further information on the venue and timing. The number of interviews and how they are conducted vary by position, though most interviews will take place at the Dow site where the job opening is located. You may be asked to interview with a representative from HR or a business/function, or both. Keep in mind that the interview is a great place to discuss not only what you have to offer, but also to learn more about our company and people. Be sure to read our interview tips before this step.
You will hear back from us regarding an employment decision upon completion of all interviews. Your employment offer will feature information on the job position, salary and benefits. Though it may vary by role, the entire application process may take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks. Once interviews are complete, we will extend offers to the candidate(s) that we feel are the best fit at that particular time.
