Lisa Bryant is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Dow, a global materials science company with 2024 sales of approximately $43 billion. In this role, she oversees the development and implementation of HR policies and practices for the company's global workforce of 36,000 employees. Her responsibilities include talent, recruiting, compensation, benefits, and employee experience. She has also been involved in skills-based initiatives to enhance the capabilities of Dow's workforce.
With 25 years of experience at Dow, Bryant joined through the Union Carbide Corporation in 1999 as Site HR Liaison for the Taft Plant in Louisiana. She has held various HR partner and director roles across businesses, functions, and geographies, including Electronic Materials, Consumer Care, Coatings, Finance, Public Affairs, Governments, and Marketing and Sales. In these roles, she managed strategic talent management, leadership development, employee engagement, and culture.
Bryant serves on the board of directors for the Dow Company Foundation and the Dow Credit Union. She earned an MBA in Human Resources and a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Syracuse University.
