Michigan’s Hands-free Law
Public Act 41, put into place on June 30th, 2023, it prohibits any individual from holding or using a mobile electronic device while operating a motor vehicle. A fine of $100 dollars for the first offense but increases to $250 on the second offense. Fines are double if the infraction occurs during a crash.
Dow Lounge & Accommodations
The Dow Club Lounge & Accommodations is a private business floor that requires key access as well as prior authorization. For safety and security, all guests utilizing a key should be a registered guest of the floor. The Dow Club Lounge & Accommodations floor is for use by registered guests and for business purposes only.
Guest Policy
Only registered guests of the floor are allowed on the floor, we must be notified and approve all guests prior to their arrival. There is an additional fee for each guest that is brought up to the floor, due the amenities provided each day.

Offsite Dry-Cleaning Services
The hotel provides offsite dry-cleaning Mondays-Fridays through Arts Cleaners here in Midland. The items are sent to the dry cleaners by 8:00AM and delivered back to the hotel by early afternoon. If not dropped off at the front desk before 8:00AM it will be done the next day. Attached is a form that you need to fill out at the front desk so that they can attach a copy for the dry cleaners as well as keep one for themselves for pickup. On the form you will find the price for each item that you want dry cleaned.
Hotel Shuttle
The H Hotel provide complimentary shuttle service to & from MBS International Airport, as well as to any business within Midland City Limits. Reservations are required, and booking in advance is highly encouraged as availability is limited.
