Mike Weideman, Head of Enterprise Transformation at Dow, leads the Transformation Management Office (TMO) and the company’s Transform to Outperform initiative, an enterprise effort focused on delivering profitable growth and productivity by fundamentally changing the way work gets done. Transform to Outperform targets the addition of at least $2 billion in near-term Op. EBITDA by 2028.
With nearly three decades at Dow, Mike brings deep experience across IT, purchasing, human resources, and enterprise operations. He has led large-scale systems implementations, operating model improvements, and process redesign efforts, while consistently driving collaboration across functions and geographies to deliver value.
Mike began his career with Dow in corporate IT in 1995, where he held a variety of roles spanning IT operations, support, and development. He later played a key role in standing up Dow’s first cross-functional and IT delivery organization before leading global corporate & professional services procurement, where he focused on strengthening supplier partnerships and improving the procurement operating model. He went on to HR to lead a global team dedicated to improving employee services while supporting HR’s own transformation. Most recently, he returned to IT, leading Enterprise Architecture and digital innovation.
Mike is a member of the Hispanic and Latin Network (HLN) Senior Council. Outside of work, he is a trustee on both the Midland Area Community Foundation Board and Bullock Creek Board of Education.
