Dow retirees in the Lake Jackson, TX area can discover a unique health experience at the 16,000-sq.ft Texas Operations Wellness Center located on the 2nd floor of the Diamond Center (270 Abner Jackson Parkway) at Dow’s Texas Innovation Center. This inviting and comfortable environment is dedicated to delivering a “total” health experience to both current Dow employees and retirees including:

• State-of-the-art fitness equipment and group exercise classes
• Functional fitness training zone
• Nutrition counseling
• Healthy cooking classes
• Massage therapy
• Rejuvenation Room
• Social area to enjoy time out with friends

Enrolling is easy.

Dow Retirees enrolling for single or couple memberships:

1. Contact the Wellness Center staff at 979-235-8139 OR email TXOWellnessCenter@plusone.com. Please provide your full name, your Dow ID number and, if applicable, the name of your spouse or domestic partner if he/she would also like to sign up. We will return your message within one business day and provide your unique ID number and password to enable you to enroll online at https://flex.plusone.com/Dowlogin.aspx.
   
   If you would prefer to sign-up in person, please visit the Texas Operations Wellness Center during business hours.
2. Schedule and complete your orientation at the Texas Operations Wellness Center which includes:
1. Photo taken & membership card issued
2. Blood pressure reading
3. Facility/equipment & safety tour

Membership dues are charged on a monthly basis via credit card, and there is no initiation fee or contracts to sign.
