Resources for DuPont Transfer Employees

  • Review the Compensation and Benefits Guide
  • Discuss your Dow compensation with your people leader
  • Review your first paycheck
  • Contact Fidelity to roll over your DuPont HSA and 401(k) to Dow (if desired)
  • Attend a Fidelity webinar or watch a recording
  • Set up your 401(k) including designating beneficiaries (Automatic enrollment will apply if you do not enroll within first 60 days at Dow)
  • Consider your benefit options and whether you’d like to make a change to your automatic coverage
    • You have 31 days to make changes through the Dow Benefits website
    • You will receive your medical ID card mailed to your home address. Most carriers provide online access to a temporary ID card, if needed for coverage prior to receiving a hard copy via mail
  • Select your beneficiaries for life and accident insurance through the Dow Benefits website
  • Provide required supporting documentation for any new dependents I’ve added to my Dow benefits coverage
