- The Environment, Health, Safety & Technology Committee of the Dow Board of Directors has oversight responsibilities with respect to environment, health and safety and annual review of the EH&S Policy. The Environment, Health, Safety & Technology Committee assesses current aspects of the Company’s environment, health and safety policies and performance and makes recommendations to the Board and the management of the Company with regard to promoting and maintaining superior standards of performance, including processes to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
